What is the place of delivery?

The User shall have the option to enter PIN Code, to check serviceability of the product.
In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by the Company, the Company shall notify the user at the time of placing the order on the website.

How will the delivery be done?

The Company partners with the third party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to the User.
The Company shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner on User’s registered email ID who will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of Product(s) at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to Logistic Partner by the Company

What happens if there is no one at delivery address during delivery?

In the event the User is not available to accept the delivery of the product, Logistics Partner will make a total of 2 attempts to reach out to the User on the registered mobile number. In the event the Logistic Partner is unable to deliver the Product due to non-availability of the User after 2 attempts, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products and the Product will be sent back to its original source. An intimation will be provided to the User, by the Company on the registered email ID and phone number. It is clarified that refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date the Product reaches its original source.
In order to receive the same Product, the User shall place the fresh order.
